for me probably downtown, but depends where the big space is. if it has its own self sustaining community with a nice feel to it, places you can hang out at or go to for dinner then maybe it works (leslieville, beaches, roncie, danforth, yonge and eg etc). if you have to drive a mile to see anything other than houses or factories personally i'd go insane
also accessability would be a factor so being on yonge or other major transport route to get home after the club without a DD or $50 cab fare makes sense. but then it depends how you live your life. |

And just curious why not? If a person has stellar credit, approved mortgage and is about to drop close to half a mil then shouldn't matter where they come from right? I mean it's not anything personal just business.

i just dont want to mix business with ta.
On ta im a loud obnoxious , im not like that in business.
Don't want people getting confused.
however if its a friend i know from ta as in someone i have met before in person and they need some help i dont mind whatsoever.
soooo what im getting at is, if u want to drop 1/2 a mill and use me to get u in a comfortable house and take 2.5% of commission, we're gonna have to first. :toocool: |

but then i realized how unethical it is. Here I am promoting on dels website, something he worked so long and hard on, that I am in fact a real estate and am the greatest real estate agent in the in world, who cares and loves for his clients and will help them through a difficult, stressful and confusing time like buying/selling a home.
it was wrong and vowed never to do it again
