Anyone used it? How does it compare in usability to quicken? I have used quicken a good amount but never quickbooks, and I am going to apply for a job that requires it. lol

I don't recall ever using quicken, but I have Quickbooks pro and have used it several times.
It isn't super hard to get once it has been taught to you. Pretty user friendly.

I use Quicken for my personal accounts and QuickBooks for my grants. I'm not sure why. QuickBooks is not difficult to use and you can do more in QuickBooks than you can do in Quicken. Both softwares are user friendly. My recollection is that we have to purchase new QuickBooks every year or every other year because Intuit ceases to support updates on older software. If you've used one you can use the other easily. Just use Help function if you're lost.
