haha Wai DID give me a wake up "call." At 7am-ish I was waking up, and seconds after my alarm went off I get a text: "Menno asked us where you went kelly!" and something about blueberry pancakes! :haha:
The 10k deal was actually not as bad as I thought it would be. I had plenty of energy, but let me tell you that when I got HOME after I felt like a brick wall hit me. FIne by me, I would rather make it through and THEN feel the effects. Thanks for asking ;) Sorry I missed breakfast, that woulda been so much fun! :( |

man , menno really destroyed it~ he was awesome .. couldnt get enough of his energy while he was spinning. plus what made my night was when i got the intution shirt he threw @ the end then got it signed... sweeeeeeet~ couldnt have asked for a better night.
he even got me doing the tamberine and fingers going while dancing :crazy: |

awesome party! menno and rank 1 were amazing, they really loved playing NYC.
Eco! your set was phenominal! you shredded the place and set the tome early!
shock of the night was not the midget but Menno calling me over and showing me his CDJ at 142 BPM.
funny story i will quote verbatim from Mike from Night Reveler who took photos:
"I was taking pictures of the crowd last night and some girl approached me to ask who the DJ was. I told her Rank 1, to which she replied:
"Wow, he's so much better than JP, I have to write it down!" |

Haha, some wanna be guido asked me while Menno was playing if i knew who the DJ was. So i told him it was Menno De Jong and he said "O, he's pretty good, i'll have to remember that."
Dont these people see the names posted on the outside of the building before you walk in? |

Some dude asked me how I got the gig, and asked for contact info on who to call so he can play main floor too (he said he'd "wanna headline"). He said he just made a new demo of some tribal stuff and was confident he could headline, he just needed contacts lol. |
