upstairs was absolutely badass .... keep it going till 7am and at 6am when i yelled bar is re-open again someone went and bought something like 20 corona's and was giving em out ... holy am i tired tho ... if you were up there thank you.

Lexxx and I had a great time last night playing. We played a little different this time around, so sorry to those who were expecting trance. Although, I do dedicate my first 15 minutes to Sean, VJ, and Nina when I played a few of those Shah tracks.
John played such a good set. He played mashup of something mixed with Daydream. What track was that? Plus he dropped that one Kyau & Albert with Marc Marberg crazy electro track. Great great stuff man!
I wish I could of stayed longer, but work always seems to be calling when I'm having a good time at 1015. :whip:
Also Happy Birthday Koroma! Sorry I didn't come to say that last night. By the time we were done playing I was a bit hammered. |

I had a great time with all of you last night. Lexxx, Skwallie, and John its always a pleasure playin with you guys. You guys are always great behind the decks, interactive and know how to really light up a room with sound.
I was monitoring the sound in the main when you and Lexxx were on Skwallie, bumped it up a bunch when John was on... Next time you guys play ill arrive a little sooner and see if the sound can be bumped up anymore, hope it sounded aite to you guys.. It was pretty good when I got there, just could have been "kicked up another notch"...
Johns enthusiasm behind the decks was refreshing last night.. had a few people say at the end of the night there was good music all around, from all of us. I like how the music progressed through the night and we offered different genres.
A few TA's missing but overall a fun night. Koroma sorry I too didnt make it upstairs and hope you had a fun B-Day.
I was afraid last night cause I been having complications with my pc with it overheating, but think since I eliminated it by removing my external setup all together. No issues last night... |

I was a little surprised that you guys chose to go with techno for parts of the night. But you definitely pulled it off, and pulled it off well I might add! I enjoyed hearing something different in the main room. It was like a breathe of fresh air. Kudos to you two!
Too bad I had to leave early for the night, so I only got to check out about half of John Beaver's set. But I really enoyed the tunes and energy he brought.
And sorry I missed your set Blurr. But Marissa was beat so we had to get home. I'm sure you tore it up as usual. |

Another GREAT NIGHT at 1015!!! My return was a warm welcome and it was great to see you all again! The crowd was very enthusiastic and I was def feeding on their energy. Lexx & Skwallie set it up PERFECTLY-great electro sounds(boy you guys should open for headliners more often-kept the crowd moving but never overplayed) and Blurr finished off the night by busting out with the epicness to take the crowd to the sky!
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT CAME OUT!
On another note I dont normally rant on these boards but to be honest after being gone for a bit I have noticed a big difference in the crowd numbers since I was there last and just want to throw some ideas out to help make this club go off again
P.S. PLEASE dont take this the wrong way-I just think if each person does a small part we can work towards making this club the legendary 1015 Folsom we are used to
ALL OF US (TA members and DJs) can do little things like spreading the word and promoting these nights! Help post bulletins, tell a group of friends that dont normally go out, and def let the old patrons know we are doing big things again at 1015.
To the DJs-give it your all-ROCK IT!!!:eyes: Not like you DONT ALREADY but just make sure to give them a night to remember so they spread the word and return in force
Its great to be part of such a great family and its pure joy to come hang out with everyone at the club so lets not let this slip away and lets regain our church!!!
Im really excited about rebuilding this club again and I hope everyone cares enough to make this club what it used to be-thanks for listening!!! |

On a different note...I featured your POP demo on my show this past sunday...and I wanted to let you know that the peeps in chat had great responses and alot of positive feedback.
