Rogers will have iPhone eventually, but right now its confidential when it is going to happen. There are 50 people who have that information, but they all signed "nondisclosure" agreement and are not even allowed to trade now. |

| And yes, Rogers has piece of customer service. But so does Bell and Telus. It's the lack of competition / oligopoly that is screwing us over big time. |

I absolutely *LOVE* Solo Mobile's customer service. Every time I call there its a pleasure (it actually is) talking to the rep. Very helpful, very friendly.
Had them back off charges on my account w/o even asking them to do that when they noticed i did some surfing before i added the unlimited browsing! Solo Mobile's customer service is fantastic!
Like night and day to Bell's, just an FYI, for those who care. |
