A great game on a ty pitch. Great first goal from Ronaldo and a great equalizer from Tyas..
Both teams were too tired in extra time to do anything other than kick lumps out of each other..It was bound to go to penalties..
Ronaldo ed up big time trying to be smart and was fortunate that Terry hit the upright..It gave the advantage back to Man U and Van Der Sarr pulled off a great save in sudden death to give victory to "the red filth"....
Man United deserved to win. It was great to see sir Bobby Charlton leading the boys up to get their medals and even better to see Ryan Giggs beat Sir Bobbies record..
I still hate them though... |

| Yea Tyas's goal was nothing short of beautiful, And Yes Ronaldo needs to stop his cheeky antic's, think, take your time, and follow through thats what I was taught when in those situations nothing fancy as long as it ends up in the net ;). But you said it right great game on a pitch. |

I've said ever since I first saw Him play. No doubt He has tremendous skill but sometimes He tries to be to clever and ends up looking stupid. |

| just finished watching this game...can't claim to be a football fan but wow i gotta say right at the end i was sitting on the edge of my seat. i didn't check scores or read anything so wasn't 100% about the outcome. i was feeling for cristiano for a bit but john terry must want to slit his wrists right about now...the announcers won't leave the damn guy alone :(. abromovich must feel like dirt too but at the end of the day they made it to the championship match in his home country in the city where he made all his money so overall not a bad year... |

i have a passion for sports in general. i mean i have a master of science in sports business...you don't do that unless you truly enjoy sports which i pretty much do :). it's exciting |

| i cant believe drogba slapped someone... that is just ridicilous im glad chelsea lost because of that. hes a disgrace, its one thing to talk and push around, but to slap anotehr player in the face is just homo with no excuses |

i feel like christiano stopped in the middle of his little 'dance' on that pk he missed.
if im not mistaken, you can slow down and/or do a stutter step, but not stop completely when running up to shoot a pk
so basically, wasnt it an illegal pk, and thus a 0 regardless of whether or not he made it? |
