best small club for techno

Hey guys..
What would be the best small venue for small techno party in montreal
for around 150-250 people.
Its for a sunday night event so I am shure most of the small clubs are free.
I have heard many people suggest cherry? is it any good?
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. |

| dont know much bout places to rent but you could try Saints right next door to Opera. I think they charge 800$ for everything. |

| don't rent the saints for 250 people, its huge and could easily accomodate 750+ |

Main Hall on st-laurent in Mile End
the sound is very good there and with 150-200 its packed
cherry and the saints are both too big |

cherry can be great with 150-200 people... most people find it crowded with 300..
