I'll be at the sportsbook this weekend in Vegas to watch the fights.
Any "sure bets" I should know of? I want to place some bets but I'm not too familiar with the matchups :p

honestly, they're all pretty close fights. Personally I would bet pretty big on Machida if he is listed as the underdog, which I am sure he is. Everyone knows Tito and thinks he is a bad ass, but he hasn't won a fight over a top guy in years. Machida on the other hand, is this sleeper guy who is just picking top guys off left and right. |

| without a doubt Silva over Jardine..the way Silva trains is insane..hypoxia training..i think like 15 mins of that is = to 2 hours of regular training..its insane..after i saw Jardine take a beating from Houston Alexander..i dont think he is able to take on any big contenders..i think his win over Chuck was luck haha |

oh man, don't get me started. I get the whole Kimbo appeal thing...he won a bunch of street fights that got posted on the internet. In the world of real MMA though, I don't see him going very far. He's being protected, and rightfully so. They realize he is a draw among new fans. The minute they put him in with a top heavyweight though, its lights out Kimbo. |

I highly highly doubt it. He's Showtime's biggest attracton right now. No way they'd give him up and feed him to the Lions. I'd have more faith in him if he was younger...but as far as MMA goes, he's old..there's not THAT much more he can really learn at this point. |
