A mistake is a learning experience, failure is a lack of learning from the experience! :whip:

Something of which I have never done. I learn from all my mistakes!

Good, that is what you write then.
"I learn from my many mistakes because to repeat them would be a failure of my ability to manage risks. A mistake is a learning experience, a repeated mistake is a failure"

edit: and if you use the word 'nice' at any point to describe yourself in that 2nd interview, you deserve to be a janitor for the rest of your life! :D

Well, all you need to do is show demonstrated ability to back it up, which is where the chaff gets threshed out...

Yes, I know. This has been a very good experience. I have had to think more this time than ever for a potential job.
Lilith
Which may possibly have been why you where getting knocked back for previous jobs. Wander in off the street, don't sell yourself well, understate abilities, lazy, don't think... probably won't think if you did get the job and waste oxygen while you where there.
It has to be said, if you don't enjoy thinking about your job, then don't go for a job which may require you to think because you'll never do well at it and as much as some people try to think they can hide that fact, it eventually becomes painfully obvious.

You may not get this job, its a bit hard to tell if you're full of crap or genuinely know and practice what you say you can do, that's just the medium of text I suppose. But in the meantime even if you don't you should be brushing on project management fundamentals and risk management- they may not be in all job descriptions, but they are at their core, all jobs worth doing properly.

I didn't read the thread, so excuse me if this is a repeat answer...

But the reason he's asking that is because he wants to know how you deal with fail situations. Do you freak out like a bitch and take it all personal and mope about it? Or do you take it as a learning experience and gorw from it?

The answer should obviously be the latter. It doesn't really matter how or when or why you failed, just that you saw it as opportunity for growth, instead of....failure. Showing that you can recognize and grow from mistakes shows an ability to adapt and meet challenges.

He'll call your bluff if you say you've never failed at anything. Lol, come on Ben.
