It's an annual event held on Labour Day weekend at the Guvernment Complex.
P.S. In Canada we spell Labour with a 'U' :D |

Line up isn't announced yet, probably in a couple months, but usually there's hints on the actual DJ's site or word of mouth. The event is 19+ and it's all access to every room (there's like 8 rooms I believe) Kool Haus being the biggest room that would most likely hold the Trance line-up and the Guvernment would be holding the House line-up. |

5,300 is from Guv's website if you add up all the rooms. Obviously that's the legal capacity and you can fit way more than that.
A club I used to dj at had a capacity of 690 but could easily hold over a thousand (and did on busy nights) |

They'll probably be one other DJ in Kool Haus and several in each of the other rooms. Here's last years lineup to give you an idea of how it goes...
