Alright no one has posted a real review so i will
Got there around 11 to meet with friends and have 2 or 3 (or 20) drinks before getting on the boat. Got on and searched really easily and quickly despite the huge line.
When we got onboard and had Evan G on the top deck and Jon Jon on the lower one. Both were dropping awesome tracks but the bar line was shorter downstairs so that was how we made our decision. Jon's set was great, awesome tracks and perfect start to the cruise. Made it upstairs to catch the end of Evan's set and he was killing it.
Next up was Mark Oliver on top and Baby Joel on the lower level. I didnt catch any of Mark's set but im sure he rocked it as per usual. Joel's set was fukking awesome! Havent seen him play in forever and totally forget how amazing he was.
Third set of djs was Sydney Blu on the lower level and JELO up top. Didnt catch much of Syd's set but from what I saw she was banging as usual. Gotta love her energy and her killer electro selections. JELO came on strong and didnt let up once. His set was dirty and kept the dance floor going insane!! IMO his track selections and energy behind the decks cant be beat.
The Roaches closed the top deck while Robb G closed the lower. The Roaches killed it like they usually do and as i've said a billion times, the Roaches NEVER disappoint. Robb G tho was the set of the cruise for me. His style is SO different from anyone elses and its impossible to stand still for even a second when hes on. Combine that with his killer track selection, insane energy behind the decks and the simple fact that he looks like he is having just as much fun behind the decks as the people on the dancefloor are and you cant help but luv him :)
Overall the cruise couldnt have been better. Great weather, awesome people, amazing beats and SO much talent dj wise!!
As for the after party, SUPER fun time! The Roaches opened things up followed by Nathan and Jelo going back to back followed by Jelo and Evan G back to back. Awesome times and cant wait for the next one!!

wow wow wow! what a phenomenal way to start of the summer. we got there just after 12 to a parking lot full of people jacked to get on that boat. i remember thinking how the hell are all these people going to fit on that boat? after about 45 minutes we made it on to the boat and to my suprise there was quite a bit of room to move around upstairs and down.
i think i managed to check out everybody's sets. "break the house down" was the theme of the day. i heard it at least 3 times. oliver definately played what the crowd wanted and i'm glad he played "silence" and that sick remix of "bad cabbage - you're rude". the highlight for me though was definately the roaches. :crazy: that boat started to get a bit rocky at that point too which made the crowd get a little loopier.
we witnessed the g-out ting incident. not a pretty site. the worst part was that she was wearing white pants! when the boat docked there were police and paramedics waiting for her. we asked the bouncers if they had seen much of that today and they said there were 3 g-outs. G and boats don't mix! other then those few wack jobs, the crowd was really good. very friendly and everyone seemed to be there for the music. lol @ the tiesto look-a-like & the older couple grinding w/ eachother on the top deck the ENTIRE day.
i'm looking forward to 'bound by sound' & the canada day cruise even more now! i only took a few pics and vids but i will get them up shortly.
