Washington, D.C. Trance scene?

| I posted a thread on this before but I diddnt see it pop up on my computer so im not sure if it went through, so I'm re-posting it. I just moved to DC from Atlanta. Since there is no "local scene" area for DC on tranceaddict.com, do any of yall know if DC has a good Trance scene, and if so, where the best Trance clubs/raves/DJ lineups/online event schedules, etc are? Thanks alot! |

DC has a pretty good scene. It might not be embodied in an online community, but it is definitely there. It is home to Deep Dish after all. I haven't been there in a while, but you might want to check out:

yes a great trance scene does exist here although it has dwindled in recent times as club glow has gotten away from the trance scene reserving trance nights only for big name djs(still not a bad thing).
so if you want to see djs like ferry corsten,tiesto,paul van dyk,above and beyond etc then ibiza nightclub is the place for you.

now for other trance djs like sander van doorn,martin roth,rank 1,atb,john o callaghan,talla2xlc etc you want fur nightclub.its where the old glow used to be before they moved to ibiza nightclub.

conviently the two clubs are right next to each other by about two blocks so if youve found one youve found the other.
there hasnt been an update on furs website for thier "global saturdays" about any new djs coming in a while,im hoping thats not a bad thing. anyway welcome im sure we'll cross paths!feel free to pm me if you have any questions. |
