| Well it's not like they search your luggage....one could easily have brought liquor in if it was concealed properly. ;) |

Haha, like I said...I'm just old and lame now! I really liked going back to my room with only the people staying there and enjoying some peace, quiet, and bed. :toothless |

Unfortunately we were not told this upon check in. In fact, the front desk clerk actually directed us to the closest liquor store! When we excitedly returned to the hotel with our sauce, we were denied entrance. I can't tell you how pissed I was. Bitches, all of them! |

| I'm guessing it was because of all the other going on that weekend...because for 200 bucks a night, as you said earlier, we should have been able to do pretty much whatever the we wanted in there (i.e. coke orgies :gsmile: ). |

What did you do? Sneak it in somehow? |

We had to check it in the lobby with the bellhop while we went to raise hell at the front desk (they are not on the same floor). After a LOT of waiting, being ignored, etc, we finally asked a different bellhop who looked somewhat interested/sympathetic to our plight if he could deliver it to our room. He said yes! So we gave him our ticket for the checked bags (four bags filled with booze and beer) and went to our room and waited.
I owe my friend Colin 5 bucks because I was convinced he wouldn't show at all, but then he rolled up with a baggage cart and all of our bags in a cardboard box. |

good story.
It would have set the weekend off to a bad start had the bellboy not come to the rescue. |

| I just don't get how that's not something you tell people when they book the room. (probably because it was a policy thrown together at the very last minute) All of the glassware from the room had actually been removed and we had to PAY to get new glasses bought to the room! |
