What's it all about Yo?
This event series will feature cutting edge live entertainment with the best bands, DJ's and Experimental Electronic artists that the Southeast has to offer. Every month we will orchestrate a continuous flow of music from one artist to the next to give the audience a non-stop showcase of various celebrated forms of club culture.
Dubstep gains a new foothold in the city. This new genre personally 'dubbed' the new reggae has been popping up all over the city. AtlantaDubstep.Com will be holding it down in the Garden with some of the seediest grimy you've heard in a minute.
Volume 2 of this series is for the HARDCORE beats and bass lovers. We will open with a little glitch from the Gimpmodes and then we have Live PA! with Laptops Guitar and Slammin live Bass from System Obsolete followed by a Tag Session with Charlie P and Rel1 scratchin on the tables and then he will close it out with one of his now legendary slammin breaks sets.
Out back we got DJ Edo, Ployd!!, Section 8 and Live PA! from Uprise Sound System and of course your host Faderwars of AtlantaDubstep.com[/b] will be holding it down
ATTN FUZERS: FUZE got moved to the 20th when the benefit got moved to August so we have some overlap goin on. It happens. BUT anybody wearing a Fuze wristband will get a $5 discount at the door for Flow.

GIMPMODE was formed in late 2001. DJs M A DUB and KENNY RAY started spinning drum n bass music at the age of 17. GIMPMODE was formed outside of Charlotte, NC but currently resides in Atlanta, GA & Daytona Beach, FL. We both like to spin rough, rugged, and raw...straight nasty grimey while Kenny Ray likes to add some soulful, liquid funk.

System Obsolete is part of a growing number of underground grimey former bands who have infused digital effects into their live act to produce something otherworldly for discriminating audiences who have dubby bass running through their veins. AKA "THA MAD GENIUS" has had too many careers in this industry to name. He has started his own record label (Abstract Logic Recordings) Produced and mastered several albums including 2 from his own band, the digitally organic trio Random Rabbit. He placed 4th out of a field of 30 in Atlanta's 2007 Laptop Battles. 3rd place went to his band mate Provine. Charlie has forgotten more about Ableton Live then most people are going to learn in a lifetime. I wish I could tell you what Charlie was going to play each month but even he doesn't know. I don't think I've seen anybody enjoy what he does more that homeboy.
