Absolutely agree.

There was a night at Vision in Chicago I played early last year - I think from 10-12, and all throughout the night I kept getting asked for ID's on tunes.

I realized after the set that every ID I made was Ripperton, and that in truth they probably got more than an hour of the two I played.

:stongue:

Will definitely check that Mix, Max - thanks for the heads up. :)

every time i buy a new batch of tracks from beatport there is always a ripperton tune or two in the cart. Or Lazy Fat People.

Quality music comes from Ripperton. His productions go beyond a dance floor and that's why I like it.
Paradox Lost
Haven't heard much content from him (but will now), but I absolutely love 'Farra', which I just picked up the other day, and which also made for a beautiful opener in Satoshi Tomiie's 'Masters' installment (and would for just about any set, I imagine):

I like ripperton's unique sound in 'Tainted Words'...great remixer as well.

Love Ripperton, one of my favorites. I wonder why no one ever mentions A Skilift Upstairs the Sleeping City; I play it all the time.

Skilift Upstairs is what "The Sky Was Pink" was supposed to sound like before Holden ed it up.

Ripperton is quite new to me, but I really like 10a. On the more housey side of his productions I would say.

I don't generally buy tunes based on album art, and I'd hope most other people wouldn't either :wtf:
