CLUBSCENE On Fridays?

My sisters boyfriends family is coming in from New Orleans. They went through the whole katrina thing and god bless them for sticking it out and staying over there. Anyways, her boyfriend has a younger sister and she's really into the club scene. My sister asked me to take them out to a couple places here in Chicago.
Any suggestions? |

Yeah Greg and I (my roommate) banned it 2 years ago. I haven't stepped foot in it since.
I would give it another go though...Like I said it's not for me. It's his sisters 1st time in Chicago. I wish my sister said Saturday instead of Friday. I would take them to Vision for home-party in penthouse.
What's going on Friday at Soundass?

I guess it depends on which Friday they're coming into town. I mean there could be someone in town on friday.
Republic can be decent on Fridays.
Ruby is another club getting plenty of buzz, although I haven't been there on Fridays.
Smartbar has gotten a few thumbsup here and there.
Spybar will open soon
Soundbar has been better lately, as long as you stay on the entering floor. the basement is ALWAYS hip-hop. |

Perfect response! Thanks man! Well my sister told me that they are coming THIS FRIDAY. So I will pick like 3-4 of those places. I guess its up to my sisters/boyfriends--sister. We will see how it goes.
