my older cousins have enough stories to write a book on these parties including that happened in the parking lot before and after the party.
I hit 108(getting a platinum card was huge...i mean only the first 500 ppl got one each nite lol) in those days for all ages, palazzo...i loved foam parties back in the day, now that i think about it its a gross concept...
My first party in the "scene" was a rave at the Cineplex Queensway, the one you see when driving west on th gardiner....it wasn't the Cineplex then obviously, but a huge warehouse, it was wild I was 16. |

Well... I dunno if this counts, but back in 2000 or 2001 I was going to the "summer rush" parties in Toronto hosted by 103.5. That is what really started my whole descent into the EDM world.
In Dec. 2004 I went to Gator Petes in Guelph to see Barry spin where I met many TAs for the first time (Dan, Kelly, Jason, Lowell, Barry, etc.) That was all thanks to Aaron, of course :) Not long after that, I was out to Guv *with a fake ID*, the Vault *also with fake ID*, and the Docks *again... fake ID*.
I never got into it as hardcore as others, but I enjoyed myself. |
