I just listened to it. I have been on an ambient kick lately (too much study time) and Ulrich Schnauss has been a big listen for me lately. I gotta say that I feel that this tune combines the best of ambient and progressive trance that I have been enjoying as of late.
I will also say that the pad could have been a little better in terms of programming and timbre. I will say, however, that the pad sounded quite at home in the mix, especially those high notes. Some of the passages, minus the drums, gave me flashbacks of an old game I rather enjoyed: Super Metroid. Don't ask me why, it was a particular track that suddenly leaped to mind.
It's good to see breaks still getting a show here at TA. It's been a while and to come back to this is refreshing. |

Thanks for listening.
I've got pretty megalomaniac plans with more stuff like this but I'm not quite sure if I can ever pull it off so I won't get into it for the time being... |

pretty slick tune you have here.
fairly unknown genre for me and all-in-all pretty simple like you said, but gave a good feeling by the time i finished listening it. i guess i could say this track is pretty great cos most songs don't tend to move me that much.
specially the parts after 4:30 is just awesome. lots of feeling you put into it. keep at it. |

Percussion is very good. Melody is nice but not one that grabs me as such. No real complaints here though. The track is very enjoyable from start to finish, never gets tiresome and probably what I'd call a grower.
I can certainly feel the emotion that the track carries which makes it all the more enjoyable. |

He's back. Such a track. I loved the atmosphere from the first second. Drums are really cool. That simple plinky melody in the break is sweet as a nut. Slap a set of vox on the top and you're done ;D
Would maybe agree with some of the comments made about the pad. I'd struggle to find a second thing to complain about but the first is the timbre of the pad. It just doesn't sound as pro as everything else in the track. Maybe something a little more morph-y or even layer something over the top?
Otherwise - ing cool track. |

| Its nice for what it is but with a bit of oomph, work on the drums and better strings as theyre pretty weak, this could be better. |

Very nice work. As another poster said, combination of ambient and progressive breaks. I like. Would want to listen to this while driving on a desert highway during sunrise after getting no sleep and contemplating life. Thank you.
I want to encourage you to work on your plans. I have procrastinated on music too long myself and regret all the lost work I could have done.
Cheers |
