Location update:
Loose Moose: stupid girl answered the phone 'ummmmmmmmmmmmmm I wont know till that day'
Sport Centre Cafe: 'We dont show races, we open at a 11' ..... 'Oh in that case it shouldnt be a problem but you may not get a big screen.'
Spotted Dick: He said it wouldnt be a problem, and something about reservations, and that they have sound... He had a thick accent... so I will inquire further if we are interested.

It most certainly is.
And here's a thought.... think of a fairly pro-England pub/resto, they're not in Euro, and probably their only hope for national sporting pride this summer is Lewis Hamilton and their fencing team.
So that'd be the kind of place that would be fairly likely to show the race.
