Hillary Clinton to drop out of presidential race?

A few things happened today regarding Clinton's campaign to become the Democratic nominee:

1. She is planning a speech for tomorrow in New York rather than in Montana or South Dakota, the two states that have upcoming primary elections.

2. She has urged many of her staffers to turn in outstanding expense receipts by the end of this week.

2. Bill Clinton made remarks to the effect that "This may be the last day I'm ever involved in a campaign of this kind," implying that his wife's campaign would soon end.

Some commentators are taking this as a sign that she may be throwing in the towel soon. Thoughts?

Update!:

HRC will be in New York on Tuesday night to give a speech about the Montana and South Dakota primary results, and both Hillary and Obama are going to be in New York on Wednesday. Obama is coming to NY for a "Democratic National Committee event," the nature of which is so far unknown, from what I can gather...:

Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama will both be in New York City Wednesday, one day after the last two primaries.

Clinton will be in Gotham starting Tuesday night, when she plans to give a speech after the results of the South Dakota and Montana contests, her campaign said. Obama, who plans to be in Minneapolis on Tuesday, will be in New York City on Wednesday for a Democratic National Committee event, his foreign policy adviser, Greg Craig, told MSNBC.

Craig did not say whether the two rivals would meet, adding that he didn't know many of the details of the DNC event.

"But it will be an effort by Sen. Obama to reach out and embrace all the elements of the party where he has been the strongest, as well as where he has not been the strongest," he said.

Its because everyone knows those arent real states, here in staten island (most overlooked borough) we have a population of over 750,000 and this is just an island that is 13 miles long; those states are practically the same in terms of population.
