As far as creditors and bill collectors are concerned, it is on you to take care of it. They aren't going to be quick about getting back to you (unless, of course, you don't pay your bill).

You're the one who has to call, repeatedly. And you can rest assured you are not the only person who has to do this today - because guess what one of the tiest parts of adult life is?

BILLS!

Shocking, right? What's even worse is that all the companies you're going to have to deal with are exactly the same - and it always falls to you to take care of it, and no one else.

haha, i know. this was three months ago. I only posted it because its relevant to the topic. I didn't post it to whine and hope that a TA could fix it.

It's just best you get used to it now, because it only gets more complicated if and/or when you something up yourself.

Pierre, I used to deal with Verizon on a daily basis. Your bill on there shows that you had 2500 text messages TOTAL for that period. So you went over that. If they changed it it would have shown. Do your bills previously show 5k text message allotment?!

Yes, it's been 5000 for months, it was only 2500 because I had switched to unlimited... If you look near the top it says 5000
