So I'm heading out to BFD this Saturday to see Moby, of course there are a bunch of other names on the bill as well. Saw Moby last year at Slide and it was a great show even though it was way too crowded! Then I just saw this video of him performing at Movement 08 in Detroit a couple weeks ago... here's the video... $10 tickets if anyone is interested... anyone going to this? :)

BFD is an annual event at shoreline ampitheater organized by Live 105.
as for mezz they do their own events and they also rent out the venue to promoters it's hard to tell who's doing what, usually it says on the flyer.

bfd is live 105.3's big fucking deal, an annual modern rock music festival. but since the radio station dabbles in electronica every now and then, they're starting to add edm to their line ups. in the past they've had some really sick rock line ups, which has drawn some pretty big crowds of hot drunken rocker chics :gsmile:

For 10+ years Live 105 ran a weekly EDM show on Saturday nights called Subsonic. It was a great inspiration musically for myself and many others around the bay area. Live 105 has consistantly featured electronic DJs/Artists on a separate "Subsonic" stage at BFD.
