You can buy it from there I think...
Or you can go to the Southwest and just ask for "sauce", which based on location is likely to be Southwestern in nature.... |

| I had some chipotle mayo in the states, was pretty close. Either way, you're looking for the chipotle. |

Chipotle Southwest Sauce Recipe:
Ingredients:
* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 1/2 ounce Dijon mustard
* 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
* 1 ounce chipotle chile in adobo, pureed
* 1/4 ounce fresh garlic, minced
* salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lime juice, chipotle and garlic.
2. Add salt to taste.
3. Cover and chill before sandwich preparation. |
