hockey is Canada's game, HNIC has been an institution for decades, and pretty much any sports fan (and countless non-sports fans) instantly recognizes that song.
why wouldn't it be headline news?

I stopped watching hockey many many many yrs ago, but this theme track I still love hearing and cant get sick of it.
Too bad they gotta remove it ... this should be used for our anthem. |
