So who has seen Richard Kelly's Southland Tales? I didn't really like it, but it was bad in an interesting way. It has quite some great dialoges and cool ideas, and I'm sure it worked great in Kelly's mind, but he wan't able to translate that to the screen.
Oh, and I never thought I'd appreciate Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's presence in any movie, but he's sort of perfect for this one.

About halfway through I was like: Allright, where is this going? And the movie just became increasingly messy and boring. By the time it was going somewhere I almost didn't care anymore. I like a lot a lot of things about it, but there are too many flaws.
Still, I want to see more stuff like this, and less hollywood blockbuster trash.
Inertia
couldnt finish watching it.
as you say, it WAS interesting, but it was just so scattered it lost me at one point.
