well I for one knew it would be madness and I decided to not go, but based on the reviews, I'm glad you guys had a good time if you did, and I personally am so sorry that SD would be represented in such a way by a resident dj. But that does make you wonder who, and why they'd make those selections.
Really sucks about the early close out at 4thnB too because I know i've been there till 4 before...
where were the flashing pics Woody?! |

Great weekend!!! The Wave House event was so much fun. Great vibe, fun people, Tiesto playing at sunset was just amazing. He looked like he was really enjoying himself which just pumps things up even more. Totally brought back WMC for me. I really enjoyed his set. It was perfect for the event. The place was just going off. The only time it was dead in there was when DJ ty Sergio was on. If people on the beach were dancing to that crap, I am speechless. That guy would stop any party lol. The couple of tracks he played that I like, he just butchered with effects, etc. He was so proud of himself.
First time to 4th & B. I like the venue alot. Could use some AC though. It was hot as hell in there. Alot of way too cracked out people in there too. Cowboy Mike had the party going nicely. Very cool guy too. Sergio came on and of course shut it down lol. He played the same damn set as at the Wave House :whip: Towards the end of his set, I think he could tell the crowd was hating it. He looked degected. Tiesto came on and had some work cut out for him but the crowd was up for it. Played a solid set but not as good as the Wave House. He didn't seem quite as into it either. Very fun night all in all until someone threw something at Tiesto. 5 seconds later, he unplugged is headphones, wrapped up the cored and that was it. Cowboy Mike came on and finished the night.
After that, like Michelle said, we headed to a very cool afterparty Des told us about that was in an auto repair shop. Very undergorund with lots of room to dance. That got shutdown at 6am so we went to an other afterparty. At about 10am, we were both done.
It was nice to party with Robert, Eric, Woody, Aaron and Des. Thank you Robert and Aaron for what you did for us :) |

My last complaint was my own fault, I didn't get tickets in time for 4th and B so my girlfriend and I had to buy tickets at the door, and they were $100 a piece. But what can you do when your girlfriend already has a nice buzz going and wants to party, you suck it up and take it in the wallet. Still, that was not a $200 party by any means. |
You grab your balls and walk away! $200. to see Tiesto??? |

| $200 maybe for Tiesto in Concert in LA Sports Arena like last year, even that I might still be thinking five or six times before buying tht ticket... but otherwise I'd say HELL NO!! |

We did not get tickets in time since they where all ready sold out. But if there is a will there is a way, and we would have heard Tiesto on the beach if we had too.
We talked to right person and after getting a quick bite to eat got a phone call and where able to get in. :D

| There isn't a DJ and a long enough set in the world I'd pay $200 for. |

It was $200 for both of us, so yeah, it was $100 per person that I paid.
Our whole crew was going, so we had 10 friends that were already getting in so more than anything it was enjoying time with friends. |

I hope you had fun at that warehouse party in the repair shop. My buddy jon dadon throws those parties every once in a while and they're really fun. I find it a nice change from the usual crowd that shows up at edm events in SD.
We're gonna be throwing a party in palm desert this saturday that will be very underground too, its called Desert Trails. We'll have a bunch of djs, a live band called Bombay Status, drum circles, good vibes, and we'll be partying til sunrise :D |

Then that SERGO guy came on again. He KILLED the party!!! Every one stopped dancing. No hands in the air, NOTHING!! Not even his crappy chicken neck move and "oh look at me I am bad ass" move could not bring the people back. |
:haha:
I know EXACTLY what you are talking about :haha:

WOW
shows you how much of a CHUMP Tiesto really is.

That, along with someone throwing something at him, caused him to leave his set early.
Again, in my opinion, if you're getting paid the money that Tiesto is getting paid, you should play all the way through your time, if not more, and even if someone throws something at you, shrug it off and let the security deal with that person. |
I hear you there.
I have seen a handful of DJ's get stuff thrown at them, and they finish there sets. From Cedric Gervais to Morillo, have gotten hit. Yet they still continued playing.
I find this move by Tiesto VERY arrogant. Almost as bad as Sharam LOL. |
