Overall I really enjoyed the mix. When I met you for the first time I thought you were just a party cat and not a dj, well the surprise is on me, lol. Anyways this is the kind of techno/tech/minimal/house party music that I love to listen to and purchase but never really play. This is a good thing though because if I was to sit around hanging out with friends this would be the first thing I would put in.

It reminds me of doing day raves in the summer at old Miami the last two years before I moved to Chicago. I normally cannot stand vocals but the ones on the mix are the kind I can dig. The mix is a bit lazy but I image that is the point. No frills just quality tracks with solid mixing to boot. I love the fact that it is live and can really appreciate that.
Just a few points:

-The transition into the Wolf + Lamb track is top notch. I love that track as well and it was nice to hear it.

-The mix out of the the Wolf + Lamb track bothered me though because of the vocal clash coming out of it. This is where an edit would have worked great to prevent that from happening. Small beef but I was really in the moment coming out of that track and it took away from it.

-The mix does get stagnant at some points. I do love how “lazy” it feels but sometimes you just have to do something to mix things up a bit and keep it interesting.

-The track around 27 minutes gets on my nerves pretty quickly. It probably should be used as a tool and not played from start to finish.

-I love the overall weird/trippy nature of the set. It’s about as weird as you can get for this style of music which I dig.

Hopefully we will meet again, you can wear the bunny suit this time though.

Thanks for the comments Matthias. I've been DJing for about 2.5 years :)

This is also the kind of music I buy and don't always fit in, but I've been playing this more of this percussion laden housey lately at after parties once the sun is well up, because its getting to be summer time and really hot out here in LA.

jenny, next time I'm making a 20 track mix just for your anus.

Cool, as long as the programming is tight I actually don't mind. But most people tend to blow it with 20 or more track mixes.
