I was ting bricks last night because of a final I had today on advanced organic synthesis. I read over the thread and decided to DL the mix simply because people had mentioned it being mellow and laid back. I listened to it this morning on the way to school and it really calmed me down. It was like an aural Valium (I mean that in a good way). I don't really listen this specific type of stuff but I still found the mix interesting and inspired.
I feel that too often people judge a mix in a very harsh, unfair manner (especially on TA). From what I read Clovis didn't intend for this mix to be an hour of hands in the air anthems so why would you use that a point of reference? (If that is what you like then I suggest you pick up the latest installment of Ministry of Sound's "Euphoria" series.) Listen with an open mind and form you opinion based on the target it was intended to hit and not on something it was never meant to be. |

The final was the most difficult test I have ever taken. THC drops are child's play for me now but I can't do any clandestine work since I took the ACS oath and plan on working for a certain Federal agency in the near future.
I can tell you how to easily isolate lactose from powdered milk which you could then put in your lactose intolerant buddy's food which will result in hilarious consequences! |
