Everyone I encountered in Holland could speak English fluently. I think it's more common for them to speak English fluently, than us to speak French b/c they use it regularly. I could be wrong. |

An interesting observation I had when I was there, what that the English they were tought was more a north american English rather than a British one, for lack of British accent. Well done there.
