So, on some of my channels there is this annoying static sound whenever I twist an EQ knob, doesn't require a large rotation, sometimes just a little bit. On Chan 1 its my Low and on Chan 2 its my Mid.
Any ideas? Really has been bothering me recently.
Thanks! |

| Could dirt have got underneath? |

| How would I go about removing the dirt? Taking it apart? |

I know exactly what you mean.. I had that same problem with my mixer while back.. I never figured out what the problem was.. but I assumed that it was some kind of minor connection issue using it with Torq.
After I upgraded the mixer, the problem no longer exist.
The static noise was indeed annoying, but wasn't loud enough to hear it when the music is playing loud.. It was mostly in the headphones. |

Imo, buying a DJM600 is not worth the upgrade...
The sound quality is pretty ty, and on top of that.. it's an old mixer itself.
Check out Ecler's NUO series..
I've owned a NUO4 before, and loved it, which is why when I upgraded, I got the NUO5. |
