Yeah that's definetly one of the best matches I've ever witnessed in my lifetime at the Euro's. This along with the Netherlands - Czech match at Euro 2004. |

i think i said something similar when he let that imbrahimovic goal in the other day :p
re: this match, fantastic performance by the turks towards the end.. czechs were starting to tire & they capitalised brilliantly |

Well saying it once is not bad compared to the 4 times Gigi's probably said it now, and that with an ITALIAN defense in front of him.

Best comeback I ever remember was when we went from 2 goals down to win 3-2 over England, in 2000. Turkey did it in less minutes, though, so I guess they win. |

Yeah, true. I remember that game as well, stunner from Figo if I remember.
Netherlands - Czech was a decent game back in 2004 where Holland went 2-0 up inside 25 minutes but then lost in with a few minutes to go and go 3-2 down. That was a special match, Nedved's 40 yarder which smacked the bar will live long in the memory even though it didn't go in. |
