haha nice. i like it here. dont know if you know but the houses here cost on avg about 800,000 to 1 mil now.. and thats for an average house 4 bedrooms etc. the housing market exploded on the island. |

Wow, my father sold the family home two years ago, for $525K. It was a corner property 3/2.5 colonial home on Long Meadow Pl. The real estate market down here is in tatters, with the economy. I suppose the economy up there much stronger. It only makes me wish I had stayed.
I bought my Jetta at Smithtown Audi. Cool huh? :rolleyes: |

gas is 4.29
