tiesto was recently approached by Warner brothers to play the joker. He said he would if he got to remix the theme later. Emma Thomas (producer of dark knight, wife of Christopher Nolan) said "no."

Heath Ledger finished filming Batman and was already working on another film when he died... the film is entitled "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus" and to make up for the loss of his life, they are using a scene where he steps through a magical mirror as a transition point to change actors, cuz it's kinda like stepping into another dimension. To give the film more consistency two actors will be playing his "other" roles in the film... Johnny Depp and Colin Ferrell.
All of his work for Batman was completed so don't worry about that , all other rumors you hear are just that, rumors. |
