STI = Sexually Transmitted Infection
Infections aren't just localized to your junk and pudding. They are in your blood. If there is a pathogen in your semen, it's in your blood as well. You can't catch what you already have.
Please take this in the spirit intended - if your knowledge of STIs, routes of transmission and barriers is this limited, you should do some reading and make sure you understand the basic concepts. It's in your best interest and your partners.
Actually, you owe it to your partner to be educated about the risks of sexual activity and how to mitigate those risks, just as much as you owe it to your girlfriend to go get tested and make sure that you aren't an asymptomatic carrier. An infection that is relatively harmless to you could cost her the ability to bear children in the future if untreated. |

I wonder how old this person is, or where he is from that there is no sex education (or were you just not paying attention in class?) FFS this has to be the most ignorant question I have heard in some time now. Good lord, no wonder there are so many STI's out there. :rolleyes: |

:stongue: I thought there was an education provided on this when people were young. I must be sorely mistaken. Either he was a 40 year old virgin, who's just had his eyes opened to the big wide world of the real, or he hasn't come to that part in sex ed at school yet. |
