I'm trying to create a reverse reverb with a vocal on Ableton how do I go about achieving this?

Just the way you do it on any other program:
Reverse the vocal first, put delay on the reversed vocal and reverse the result.
Rome is over there, just pick a road.

With that he means reverb instead of delay ofcourse ;)..
