mmmh....some reasonable pieces of advice, it's a little bit of everything I guess. Kinda correlates with a very dull ty phase of a 9-5 job, which I just quit some weeks ago, which was also the time I started regular running/swimming again. If I'll find an additional subconscious trigger I'll let you know asap of course ;)
A break is definitely a start, though. |

Yeah, as someone before had said beforehand, it could be a combination of different things in your life. State of mind and how your feeling emotionally plays a big role, along with diet, exercise, the amount of alcohol you drink at weekends. So it may not just be one aspect you can pinpoint and try to change to better your health, it might be all of the above contributing to make you feel the way you do.
So congregate all of the above and change what you feel is necessary and action :) |

Everyone's body reacts differently to various substances.
Some people can snort coke every week for twenty years and come out the other side relatively unharmed, while others go off the deep end on their tenth try.
Others can take acid for years, while some might flip out and be hospitalised the first time they try.
My point here is that everyone's brain chemistry is different. It might just be that alcohol, or at least large amounts of it, is not your thing.
Bad luck.
p.s has anyone ever had post-alcohol euphoria? It's only happened to me once, it's the weirdest feeling, you're hungover the next day but insanely happy and energetic. An alcoholic told me he used to get it every so often. |

Yeah, Anxiety is a bitch isnt it?
I too suffer from anxiety after a good drinking session of a weekend, anxiety is such a powerful condition aswell, you can have full scale heart attack symptoms amoung other nasties, panic attacks, fear of losing your mind. Then in a few days you wonder what the fu*k all the fuss was about, but really anxiety at its worst is severe.
If you think its gonna cause you future problems then have a word with your Doctor and be prepared for the do you smoke marijuana question. And also with anxiety comes depression, the two are good friends, you may get prozac then :tongue3
It is a fact that smoking marijuana, or long term abuse of it will cause anxiety.
But As my old fashioned Docter said to me "Its all in your head son" |

two facts:
I've been drinking more regularly and heavier in my teenage years and didnt have any problems then.
Only other drug has been weed, very seldomly though, however I'm also at times a bit sensitive to it, meaning I sometimes need to focus on controlling thoughts and just chill out to it. Over-analysis is a bitch. |

Regular exercise and a balanced, regular diet has really, really helped my hangovers.
I still feel much, much tier than I did when I was 16-20, but generally not so much as when I'm out of shape. |

the drinking should stop but if your feeling anxious dont stop smoking just yet, it will help you right now. Thats not a joke by the way, your so used to smoking that it could make you feel even more like if you stop. |
