I've got one on the way because they look exactly what i've been after, are they rock solid units?
I know they're discontinued but they still seem to be able to cope with what i need it for |

I hate to say it but they really were not the most stable units. I know they did bring out various OS revisions to attemp to fix it and I think version 4.something sorted a lot of the problems but the one I used extensively would crash at least once a day.
They were good in terms of functionality and flexibilty but by the time mackie sorted out the bugs, people didn't trust it anymore. The fx were good and as a digital mixer it was a good concept but I personally would be slightly hesitant to use one, unless I knew it was a stable one. |
