so, eariler today i was getting the position to have an evening nap and just as i was lying down my dick started to pulsate. WTF?
like, my dick didn't move or anything it just sorta felt like there was a pulse inside my dick. around the shaft. ive never really felt anything like it before and it was crazy. it came in very fast bursts for like 30 seconds. i don't know how to describe it but it felt like it was inside and outside at the same time, or going through..
i know what blood feels like running to the dick so before any you r-tards say "oh man he got his first stiffy!" this was FAR from that.
so my question is, what the is this!?! and should i have some cause for concern?

The most likely cause is that the blood flow through your penis is obstructed, causing the pressure to rise. That's why you can feel your pulse in it. If you don't get threated immediately the pressure in your penis will continue to rise until it explodes like a balloon. In other words:
