My dad's 65th birthday.

So, how about some advice for a guy looking to quit before I turn 30? |

i didnt know you were a cancer man!!
for me, nicotine inhalers champ. seriously, almost as good as smoking! indeed, i struggled to quit the inhalers after a while! :) and i still buy a "packet" every now and then if the urge is strong. |

Yeah, I've been smoking for 11 years now :(
I've never seen, or known anyone, with an inhaler though :wtf: Doctor prescription?
My gf used patches, which worked out ok for her. |

nah, that. sits on the shelf. nicorette. its basically just a capsule you break open with the inhaler, and just suck on it like your highschool teacher got you to.
