i thought it was ok, but i didn't like the feel good family hit of the summer at the end.
just made me go 'ugh'
i wanted to see an epic 20 min version of LOTR.
also, to those who complain about recent movies:
knocked up was ok
but superbad...come on that movie was amazing. i loved it.
40 year old virgin, grammas boy, also good comedies. |

this was a movie that i was embarassed about secretly enjoying by myself
i thought it was super cheesy the whole way through but i couldnt stop watching it.
some parts were just very absurd, such as the blackface and various props
i thought it tried way too hard to be cutesy and feel-good mostly
im definitely not a jack black fan |

| I'm a super Michel Gondry fan, but this was the tiest movie I've seen in ages. Jack Black is awful. I hate him almost as much as I hate Daniel Day-Lewis. |

yeah it has been awhile.
i really liked him in alpha dog. (suprisingly good movie)
i used to think he was a fag, but even i have to admit he has more talent (all around) than most celebrities. He was in a few other things too. |
