| The islands that are in the shape of the World are a nice touch!! The prince that spearheaded the effort wanted to ensure Dubai's olong term economic stability, and he has forseen that his oil based city needs a new basis for economic sustainability. That will come in the form of tourism. |

| Dubai is a very nice to place to visit for up to a week. Lots of fun stuff to do for tourists. I wouldn't want to live there though. |

| With the right software controlling the movements it could look cool. With 80 different individuals each controlling their own floor it will probably end up looking like the last picture most of the time. In other words, like crap. |
