| I thought American Psycho kinda sucked. It was sorta funny in some parts but the ending was awful, and overall everything about it was rather weak. What I really didn't get was the part when he was calling his lawyer and leaving the message as the police helicopter is shining a light into his office but he doesn't get caught. Maybe there is something I'm missing, but either way the movie sucked. |

The book is very graphic and of cause goes into much more detail. (It hints at the end that Brice has turned into a psyhco himself) and he did all the crimes |

Huey Lewis and the News is ace in my book. Probably one of the best bands at blending pop with rock. I listened to them waaaaaay back when I was about 15 years old because my dad has a greatest hits CD, which by the way I loaded into my iPod. :D
They had so many great, catchy songs. |

Does it ever explain that portion of the movie that confused the out of me on why he didn't get caught? |

I think it was just because his family was very well off, that and it (the book and movie) were ment to satire the yuppie culture (poke fun of the shallowness and such) |

It never really happened. It was all in his mind as delusions of grandeur. All the guys he's sitting at the table with in the end of the film are different aspects of his psyche (as is the "Paul Allen" he killed) |
