I found a guy selling a ticket for Tiesto in DC sat and sunday for $125 apiece, Im pumped abt finding a ticket, but man, thats alot higher than the $40 face value. Sound fair to yall, or am I getting ripped?

Do you want to see him that bad?

Most I ever paid for a Tiesto ticket was 45 euro to see him in a fortress in florence, and the party went on until 8am. Unless this party is in similar conditions, I would say you are not getting your money's worth.

when i only paid $45 euro for my trance energy tickets this year with a lineup including tiesto, ferry corsten, sander van doorn, marco v, marcel woods, alex morph and many many more....id say ur gettin ripped off...and tiesto will not play the way he did overseas here in the US
gimmebeatz
save ur money and put it towards trance energy...ur an 8th of the way there on what it costs to go overseas

Don't do it. Even at the height of my insanity I didn't pay more than 60. You will find something cheaper if you keep looking. Try Ebay and local craigslist. There are also lots of DC people using the NYC forum. Ask around for some cheaper tickets.

+1... really a subjective question, no?

how bad do you want to see him? how much is $125 to you? do you have other opportunities to see tiesto that you wouldn't mind waiting for? do you care that much about tiesto vs. other djs, etc...

I would say don't do it also. Chances are the venue will be crowded like it was when Tiesto was here in Atlanta less than a week ago and it was a good show but cramped and not as enjoyable as I would have liked. Look elsewhere!!!!

I'd say too much. I was hesitant to pay 50 and I ended up missing out. I guess if he was like your favorite musician and this was a once in a lifetime thing, it might be worth it for you. Trancegirl is right though, it will be really crowded and in my opinion that takes away from the experience. Unless u have a bunch of money to throw around, I'd say wait for another show. Tiesto is good, but there are other djs that are just as enjoyable.
