CLAUDE VONSTROKE added to the line up. |
I would go just to see him (possibly), even though I said I wasn't goin to hit Nocturnal this year. The line up needs to be strengthened considerably, and CVS would be an excellent add. |

Got my tickets.. So early on I saw mention of Cosmic Gate being booked for this but on the teaser flyer they are not mentioned? any word on if that fell thru? I sure hope not..
And for the record the NOS center rocks. Excellent venue. San Bernardino is a hole, but the venue is great, nice big and clean.. Love it! |

| wow - i would say that between this event and monster massive this year, two amazing events that destroy norcal. EDC was ok but these two events have killer lineups - if prodigy make it officialy - YEA. Amazing live act when i saw them at Ultra. Usually LA for massives always brings out the same artist, but many headliners this time around are new or new for the last 3 years |

| I like massives at NOS just because its closer to my house then the la sports arena and its spread out with alot of grass to relax on, but leaving there sucks ass it gets so busy in that dirt lot. |

After seeing Above and Beyond a couple weeks ago here in Scottsdale, I'm seriously considering coming over for this party.
I'm just waiting to see the rest of the line up will be.
Hopefully they'll have some updates soon.
NOS is where I went to my first massive... back in 97. Awww the memories. |

Aww Geesh!
So many opinions on yay or nay for this event. You already know the promoter, the venue reputation, and the type of crowd attending.
Is there any reason to continue posting the obvious of what you're predicting for these events. Yes, it will be lines, the parking will be crazy, and there will be tons of kandy kids pretty messed up.
I've been to many of these massives and after the first one, I then was aware of what to expect from there on. Knowing this, I purchase my tickets in advance and except the terms. I'm so much in love with the music... the petty things like e-puddles and kids under 21 never really bother me. When I'm there, I partying with the whole dance floor. I get so lost in the music, I never think of "whats wrong".
I think many people get there expecting a "more mature" or "non-raver" crowd. Are you kidding me... this whole scene began with the raver mentality. That's part of the culture and will never go away!
I support the individuals that come in wacky outfits and enjoy there light toys. There are just continuing the practices of the culture.
If you started some time back, I'm sure some of you were wearing fat-pants and sucking on pacifiers. Let the kids have their fun.... (responsibly of course)!
If you know the scene and have been doing this for years.... whats the problem? In the end, these events are created for the EDM music lovers, but lets not forget.... IT"S A BUSINESS! If you were running these events for over 10 years now and have been sucessful, would you honestly change the format?
Okay I've said more than enough, but would like to end with saying that Above & Beyond are mind blowing & are great producers.
Try to come these events for the love of the music, and quit judging everything. Find your place on the floor and take the night for long long ride!
Okay, let the bashing begin. I already know its coming...lol! |
