Those people are usually idiots.
adi_hanson
those idiots keep telling me its not 'in there sound roster' and to try someone more genre specific
Mr.Mystery
Who are you trying to please, them or yourself?
adi_hanson
oh be gone with it ,i cant carry on!!!:eyespop:

ive sent it to a few labels some small ,some big and all have been replying that its not within there sound base , roster , and label releases among other things but all liked it and were very sorry

so if i could narrow down its genre i could aim a bit better

so the genre you give to a track decides the quality and whether it gets signed? um no

again, the genre is irrelevant

it's common sense.

if you music that sounds like X, don't send it to a label that puts out Y

i got that yes , but the whole purpose is that even though i didnt produce the tune to any particular genre or X in your case , i need guideance to the home of X music and i hoped you lot could guide me through a sea of A to Z music labels to that so far elusive X harbour
