I don't think I read one post about condos in the MTL page... Is mtl as "condo crazy" as Toronto??.. I don't know but I doubt it... enough with the condos!!
Very ty news to the nightlife in MTL.. even Canada for that matter.

who dude, u know that's not true! Time is smaller, but way more intimate, with different levels and a great patio, and awesome decorations! It has a niche: that catwalk where all the hotties get on and dance (and the occasional drunken paki lol)! Plus, it's an older and DEFINITELY upscale crowd. And music is exclusively house, not top 40.

no, Montreal is not 'condo crazy', particularly given (as Malek mentioned) that there are still zoning bylaws in place that restrict building height.
it's just TOTA's resident conspiracy theorist at work ;)
Stereo is a cool venue (though a distant 2nd to the long-defunct Sona, IMHO). Hopefully Stereo re-opens in the not-too-distant future. |
