Any good freeware spectrum analyzers?

The native Fruity WaveCandy can't be that hard to learn and I can't understand squat from it.
I open it, play with the equalizers and nothing changes at all.
I lower the bass frequencies and the spectrum just doesn't change, or maybe I'm blind and just not noticing it. (it IS enabled, it just suck)
Is there anything out there that is real sensitive and easy to read?
Just isn't doing the job for me.. |

Nice. Thanks. Mac compatible, too. |

Awesome! Exactly what I was looking for.
Glad I asked.
edit: BTW, I'm using it to compare my tracks to pro tracks and I'm noticing A LOT that I'll have questions about later.
But I'm noticing a huge variance between the SA's DB meters and DB meters.
If the frequency registering highest on the SA's db meter on the left is -7db (in this instance 1.6k) how is it coming through the DB meter at 0b? When no other frequency is higher than -7db?

That seems to be a meter plugin for levels, not a plugin to analyze frequencies. |
