See theres a loop hole in the law (just like in every law, just ask a Lawyer/Attorney). ;)
They can only fine people thats are in "gov property" like the street sidewalks etc etc. So they did clean house on a lot of them. This guy either knows the law (which i HIGHLY doubt) or he is just lucky (which i think is the case).
Technically since the Colosseum parking lot is "private property" they cant do to the vendors there ;)
They can site them for not having a business license, but do you really think a pig/cop cares about that? |
