Downtown started one so might as well see what sticks up here in north GTA...
I'm at Hwy 7 and Leslie, anyone nearby want to go to one of the nice patios at the East Beaver Creek restaurant complex for a group lunch one of these days? |
THIEF lol |

Next Friday it is. 12 pm at Hwy 7 and East Beaver Creek (between the 404 and Leslie, on the north side).
Confirmed? We could hit a number of nice places there, and reservations can be made up to a day before.
We've got:
- Spezzo's (kinda pricey but really nice patio)
- Boston Pizza (I hate this place but decent patio)
- Marlowe's
- Alice Fazooli's
- Jack Astor's
- Moxie's grill
- Nava (very nice patio)
...then there are some other decent restaurants that don't have patios, but not worth it imo...maybe for a winter lunch: Wasabi, Montreal Deli, Rex Saigon (thai), Brix Napa Valley...damn there are a lot up here in this little block. |

I'm not in Markham, but I'm right around the 400 & Langstaff so it's a pretty short hop across the 407 to Leslie. The way I drive it'll take me all of 6 minutes. :p
We've already got an Alice Fazooli, Jack Astor's, Moxie's and of course Boston Pizza in Woodbridge though. What's Nava? |

Nah, I know the way, when I first moved in here I had to drive to Beaver Creak in the middle of the day to get my mail. They don't bother you on the 407 in the afternoon. ;)
No idea what Rocky Mountain High is/was but I just checked out Nava online and it looks good, especially if they've got a nice patio. |

yeah, and Nava is an upscale replacement. Very nice interior design and uber hot waitresses and bartenders :toothless
The hottest are at Moxie's and Alice Fazooli's (there are off days) :eyes: like there's a minimum hotness test
Nava has a good patio, let set it for there; menu is decent-priced but not as low as a Jack Astor's. |

I like Nava, but pricey. For decent pricing, there's the Honest Lawyer "Restaurantainment" to the right of Rex Saigon. It does have a small patio.
I can take a 2hr lunch on fridays no prob, but can only stay for an hour factoring return driving time back.... unless... unless they have wifi, and I can "work" from there ;) |
