MORILLO ING RIPPED IT!!!!!
MIIIIIIIIIAAAAAAAMMMMMMMIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well let me first start off by saying Erick Morillo is hands down by far the best "HOUSE" dj on the planet. Erick went on at about 3am as he always has in the past. He started it off with his classic vocals dancey house tunes. Then he did something that I would have never expected from him. He tech'd it the out. He dropped far more tech than he ever has. Spinning tons of stuff that you would never concider to be commercial. Although he does spin commercial its always layered with filthy base heavy beats, his nasty remix or followed up by a nasty tech bomb or some well timed electro bangers. Erick was drilling people with his synthed out vocals, baselines and energy driven beats. The guy is an animal. All the while dancing like there was no tomorrow. He has as much fyb as anyone at the party and his love for the music shows through his actions and his masterful sets. The crowd was nuts!!! Erick truly shows everyone why he is my opinion the most popular dj to come to Miami. He dropped every genre of EDM in his set mixing in and out of every track with flawless precision. His mixing is incredible and his use of the effects box is almost unmatched. He had the crowd eating out of the palm of his hand. I was chilling with a few friends from NY that see him regularly at Pacha. They fly in to see him at Space because they said he spins better at Space in Miami than he does at his "OWN" club in NY!! He spun till about 1-2ish which for Erick is a short set. lol But seriously!! I left at about 1pm and the crowd was still slammed. Actually we had to walk past the front again to get to my car and there was about 20 people standing in line to get in.

No one else with the exception of Sander can keep that place bumping all morning like him (no one keeps the club packed like Erick though). !!! Erick is amazing. He deffinitly has something for everyone. He spins alittle bit of everything for everyone. He dropped a ton of great minimal with ate up vocals layered all over it looping and sampling every word. He is truly amazing!! This again is coming from someone who has been to a few parties.;)

I can't remember the name of this track but Chris Liebing drops it alot. It's a techno track that says in a synthed out mans voice "I MAAAY NEED YOUR SOUL"(he dropped it about (8amish) so if you know the track Im talking about let me know. ing legendary Morillo set, as he always impresses the hell out of me. Everytime I get the chance to see him. I have never missed him but once at the new Space. This weekend he showed why. Even me who is very much into techno. Erick is the only dj other than Tom Novy, Sander K, and Desyn Masiello that uses tons of vocals that I like. I would venture to say between Erick and Sander K they are my favorite house djs.
Those of you who went know exactly why.

Erick is the king of the terrace. No question!!!

Hope everyone had a fun and safe Holiday!! This was a perfect ending to my 4th!!

Yeaaaaaaaaah man this weekend was so massive!! I never felt the terrace so intense like that. I felt like the place was going to collapse lmao!

Well thats what ya get when you have a large amount of NY's in attendance. lol

Ya totally, aside from Roger Sanchez "nobody" and I mean "nobody" brings in as much fine tail as Erick Morillo. To this day the best party for hot ass chicks in extreme abundance was the 4th of July party 3 years ago at Nikki Beach for Erick Morillo when he was sporting the MOHAWK!!! classic. No party has ever topped that one.

Glad you had a good time bro. It's a cool thing for people who arn't prudes about a certain genre and can respect all different types of EDM. As many great djs have said its not the genre its the quality of music. So if you look for good music in every genre you will find that there is good in each one. The tough part is finding it. lol
